Meme AI Video (memeaivideo.com) is operated by memeaivideo.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• The photo you upload, and the video generated from it.
• Google account details: email, name, profile photo and Google account ID, used to sign you in and associate your orders with your account.
• Order details: product, template and order status.
• Payment confirmation from Stripe (we never see or store your full card number).
• Usage analytics through Google Analytics 4, which may use cookies, and first-touch traffic attribution stored in a cookie. Browser storage helps you reopen recent orders. When you continue to Google login, a local draft stores your photos and selected options for up to one hour so you can restore them when you return; it is removed when restored.
• Emails you send to support.

How we use it

Photos are used only to generate your video. They are sent to our processing providers (AI video generation and automated content-safety checks) for that purpose. We do not sell your data, we do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not create facial-recognition templates.

Retention

Uploaded photos and generated videos are deleted automatically within 7 days. Order and payment records are kept as required for accounting and fraud prevention.

Sharing

Your video is private unless you create a share link. Service providers we use: Google (login), Stripe (payments), cloud storage, AI video generation and content moderation providers, and email delivery.

Children

Meme AI Video is for adults (18+) only. Photos of minors are not allowed and are removed if found.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing support@memeaivideo.com from the address used at checkout, with your order number.
